Pre-Installation / Tender: All new audio project enquiries and installations start with initial information gathering and discussion with customers to help define the project scope. For most installation projects, we will visit the customer site to discuss various technical & functional elements and to conduct a speaker coverage survey (this may include some testing to determine ambient noise levels). A new project scope and audio system design will be created, our project proposal and quotation will be submitted to the customer for consideration.
